My name is Linda Corbridge. I am an accountant and OWNER of 2 Signature Penthouse Suites. I also own Signature Rental by Owner Direct, LLC, a Third Party Rental Service company. I lead our group by having a staff that handles everything to do with renting your suites, scheduling their maid services, collecting and dispersing proceeds, maintenance and repairs, monthly suite inspections, adding personal touches such as designer pillows, throw rugs, preparing the monthly Clark County Transient Lodging Tax reports, preparation of monthly statements with a list of all your suite’s guests, their arrival and departure dates, and the exact amount paid by your guests.
