As an owner in Tower B of the Signature MGM property, I was suffering from the negative cash flows that my investment property was incurring on a monthly basis which in turn, caused severe strain on my financial situation. I reached out to my mortgage lender to no avail. With no end in sight to the continued losses, I turned to Jim’s team to see if they could help me by executing a short sale transaction on my unit with a full loan deficiency waiver. After 6 months, I am happy to report that Jim’s team was able to execute this transaction with a full loan deficiency waiver and bring me closure. Now I can move on without this enormous financial burden and begin to recover financially. I cannot say how happy I was with the outcome and the job that Jim, Heidi, Emily, Ken and Troy did throughout the entire process. They worked tirelessly to make my transaction happen, provided me ongoing communication as to progress, and was responsive to all of my inquiries and concerns.
